Description
A "Minimum-Impact" eco-friendly environmental cleaner for composite wood decks.
EZ Off is formulated with a strong oxidizer and low-sudsing surfactants. Its
natural effervescence powers dirt out, helping you get rid of leaf stains, grease,
oil, barbecue drips, mildew, algae, tannin stains, and marks left by pine needles,
berries, red wine, grass, ground in dirt, flower pot stains, red clay, and almost
anything else that soaks into surface of composite lumber.
Out-performs competititors! Best when used regularly from the beginning of a
deck's life. We suggest cleaning any composite deck twice each year to maintain that
"always new" appearance. More frequent cleaning may be necessary if a deck is
exposed to heavy tree droppings or extreme use.
Contains NO bleach (sodium hypochlorite) or sodium hydroxide! Contains no acid or
corrosive chemicals or ammonia.
It is often difficult to remove stains and soil from composite decking with
conventional cleaners. Newer composite wood decks may have color either
on the surface or contained within the wood, so great care has to be taken when
choosing a cleaner.
Mixes easily with warm water. Coverage is approximately 800 sq. ft. per canister.
Mixed according to directions, EZ Off costs only a penny or two per square foot
to use.
NOTE: Do not mix with other cleaners or bleach.
A 6-Pack of cannisters makes up to 32 gallons of cleaner - enough to do up to
4800 square feet of surface! A 6-pack of EZ Off comes with a convenient
