Hot Water Direct-Drive Pressure Wash Trailer Rig

This is a new layout for an entry-level hot water trailer rig. It comes with all factory warranties because we still build with the good stuff (like Pressure Pro and HoseTract). Picture shows optional tool box.

Whether you do Residential or Commercial cleaning, this economical design makes working in either world affordable.

We start with a 5' x 8' XD trailer, which includes a 3500# axle and heavy-duty "C" channel construction. We include side rails and a PT floor on this trailer, which is rated to carry 2900#.

We install a Pressure Pro electric-start direct-drive 4-GPM skid unit and a burner and a pair of HoseTract stackable reels with hoses. We include the battery, the injector, the hoses, the nozzles, and the gun and wand - and we still leave lots of room for your cleaners and additional equipment.

Feeds with a garden hose. You don't need a water tank, because typical water services deliver much more than 4 GPM. This cuts cost and weight, and you save the difference! NOTE: If you anticipate adding a water tank in the future, we recommend opting for the belt-drive 4 GPM skid.

What makes this rig special is the VALUE! Hot water cuts cleaning time by a third and cuts detergent use by half! Every time you use hot water, you save big dollars. If you are used to making $100 per hour with cold water, hot water might bump that to as much as $133 - $150 per hour!

The cost of your detergent will go down, too. Of course you will be burning diesel fuel for hot water, but after doing a lot of complex calculations we believe you can make back the cost of adding hot water over cold with this rig in less than a month!
