This is the original "soft wash" high-foaming shampoo for houses and buildings. Use your X-Jet or shooter tip to apply this powerful cleaner to a side of the building, let it sit for just ten minutes, and then rinse it off. Repeat for each side. When applied with the stainless foamer, it forms a thick foam on the side that clings beautifully. Get that whole house washed in about an hour or so.
If you are used to spending 2, 3, or even 4 hours washing a house, you can cut that time down to size with this aggressive cleaner. Power House eliminates mold, mildew, grime, and even sticky hydrocarbon residue without any agitation (which is the hardest dirt to get off of a house!). Power House House Wash is moderately caustic for extra cleaning power. This strong house wash chemical cleaner includes corrosion inhibitors for metal surfaces.
Can be used safely around plants and landscape features by pre-wetting the soil and the plants (and then rinsing them off after cleaning).
Economical to use, as one 5-gallon jug of concentrate is enough to clean 5 to 7 typical homes. Can be X-Jetted with a red proportioner directly from the jug with a 4 GPM pressure washer. Can also be diluted 4:1 and then downstreamed at 4:1 on painted surfaces.
You can also add bleach to Power House to wash homes with serious mold problems. We added Lemon Scent to help mask the powerful odor of bleach.
Power House is an excellent degreaser and can be used to melt the black streaks off gutters, mobile homes, and RVs too!
