These skids use the same diesel fuel for fuelling the engine and the burner. It
uses off-road diesel fuel, which often sells for a similar price as regular gas.
The low price along with high quality construction, a powder-coated low profile
frame, the super-efficient burner design and circuitry, the 15-gallon poly tanks
(largest in our industry on any standard built model, and there is a tank for
engine fuel and a tank for burner fuel), the well-respected General 47 frame pump
with four V-belts driving the equipment all come together to make
these diesel models some of the smartest values on the market today.
These power washer Super Skid models come complete with a battery.
These models use a 12-volt igniter (which eliminates the need for a 120-volt
generator and helps keep the purchase price down). If you want a 120-volt
burner, simply add the "Burner & Generator" Package (not available on the
4 GPM model). The 2500-watt generator in this package provides enough power
for the burner, so your equipment is completely self-contained.
The stack is mounted horizontally, which can help minimize the problems caused
by corrosion over time. These hot water skids have a stainless coil wrap, a
Schedule 80 coil, an adjustable thermostat, over-temp protection, over-pressure
protection, and a 3-groove drive belt system for bullet-proof performance.
The system can be fueled using either kerosene, fuel oil, or diesel to produce
200° F hot water. The automatic burner control turns the burner off whenever
the flow of water stops. The heater uses fuel at about 2.5 gallons per hour.
Only 53" wide and 50" long and 44" high.
Option: We can add a high-pressure upstream chemical injector (metering
valve) which is ideal for fleet wash operations.
