This concentrated caustic deck stripper is great for oil-based wood sealers,
stains and oil-based paints. One small bottle makes five gallons of deck
stripper or about eight gallons of aggressive deck cleaner (depending on
job needs). Each bottle strips an area of around 600 square feet or cleans
an area of 960 square feet if you dilute it with eight gallons of water.

Extremely convenient because one little bottle, which can tuck in under your seat,
in the glove box, in a map pocket, or anywhere you want to stash it, will make
5 gallons of commercial-grade caustic stripper.
Removes mold and minor algae. Thorough cleaning of any deck or fence is essential
to get good results. If the wood was previously sealed, you must strip off the
old sealer to expose the wood so a new coating of sealer can be applied. If any
old sealer remains, it can interfere with a new sealer bonding to the wood.
